Objective state
Current functioning, stability, repeated behavior, resources, commitments, and external outcomes.
ARDA is designed to provide a credible outside view of your life without pretending to know you perfectly. Its conclusions come with evidence, rules, uncertainty, and a path to correction.
The Life Audit is a guided assessment with ARDA present. It collects the minimum useful information about your current reality, what matters to you, recent direction, and the three areas that most deserve attention.
Different questions use different controls. A number should not become a chat prompt, and a complicated goal should not be forced into a checkbox. ARDA asks adaptive follow-ups only when the answer could materially improve the result.
Current functioning, stability, repeated behavior, resources, commitments, and external outcomes.
How well the current reality matches your chosen goals, values, responsibilities, and desired direction.
Whether the relevant evidence is improving, stable, deteriorating, mixed, or still too uncertain.
The example is illustrative. ARDA uses domain-specific anchors and evidence rules rather than treating every area of life as the same kind of problem.
A rating and confidence answer different questions. The rating asks, “What does the current evidence suggest?” Confidence asks, “How dependable is that conclusion?”
Missing information should lower confidence before it silently lowers a person’s rating.
Accepted evidence can be edited, corrected, or deleted.
ARDA separates factual disagreement from methodological disagreement.
Corrections are linked instead of silently rewriting the record.
Not every domain must be active for every person. ARDA uses your roles and choices to determine relevance while keeping priority selection separate from scoring.
Cash flow, obligations, debt, savings, stability, and the ability to fund the life you want.

A company, product, practice, serious project, or independent venture you are building.
Formal education, credentials, training, skill development, and progress along a chosen path.
Physical functioning, energy, sleep, movement, nutrition, body goals, and sustainable behavior.
Mood, attention, stress, coping, self-understanding, and the ability to manage daily life.

Dating, partnership, intimacy, communication, stability, and chosen relationship patterns.
Housing, safety, privacy, autonomy, household functioning, and practical independence.
Follow-through, routines, focus, distractions, commitments, and use of time.
Meaning, values, identity, contribution, and whether your actions connect to what matters.
ARDA is not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, therapist, physician, financial adviser, lawyer, crisis service, or substitute for professional care. Its ratings describe available evidence within the product’s method, not your worth, potential, morality, or future.
When safety or urgent professional judgment matters, the right next action may be to leave ARDA and contact a qualified person or emergency resource.
